Nearly forty years ago the Manners family began handpicking the elderflowers that spilled into the garden. The whole family helped to make the first batch of Belvoir Farm elderflower cordial.

Today, the demand for the Manners family recipe is so high, the whole community gets involved to pick these precious elderflowers.

Belvoir Fruit Farms is much more than just elderflower and the experts there blend a whole mix of quality natural ingredients including hand-picked flowers, pressed fruits and gently cooked spices to produce a tempting range of drinks suitable for every occasion, and contain no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or flavourings.
